from 17. April 1990 to 17. July 1991
In this capacity Mr Hackett was responsible for the mixing of
alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks as well as for the service
of wines and light meals.
Due to his very good specialized knowledge, his skills, and
his total dedication to the job, Mr Hackett quickly became a
valuable asset who also proved fully competent whilst under
pressure.
All duties brought forward to him he fulfilled independantly
and always to our fullest satisfaction. His self-assurance in
dealing with our many international guests was exemplary,
and also his creativity needs to be emphasized in particular.
We found Mr Hackett a friendly and reliable employee whose
conduct towards superiors, guests and collegues was always
irreproachable, whilst always representing the Hotel's
interest.
Mr Hackett is leaving our employment of his own volition and
we wish him every success in his personal and professional
future.
