  • Controlling the purchase of Food and Beverages, also
    Non-Food items, as directed by Group Purchasing
    Headquarters' contracts
  • Managing efficient Storekeeping and Stock Control
    in relative Warehouses
  • Compiling Sales Statistics in conjunction with Revenue
    Control Office
  • Organizing and participation in Monthly Inventory,
    preparation of Sales/Cost Analysis for the Hotel's
    Financial Report

Mr Hackett fulfilled all duties designated to him independently, responsibly and to our complete satisfaction.

He was always honest, punctual, reliable and helpful, furthermore popular with both superiors and working colleagues.
