Interim Certificate

Mr Thomas Hackett, born in Berlin on 05. May 1969, is employed as F & B Controller in our establishment since 1. March 1995.

General duties include:

supervision of the Purchasing and Supply function,
to achieve optimal stock levels at the best price and quality;
efficient storage,
co-ordination of delivery notes / invoices in book-keeping
and involvement in the selling price structure for retail goods
to ensure required margins.

Owing to his praiseworthy performance during the opening of our Parc, he was also given the following responsibilities:

  • Supervision of the Cost Control department for Catering, Retail and Stores Operation Management
  • Duty Manager as designated: responsibility, as Deputy, for Guests' Satisfaction and efficient Staff Operation.
  • Mr Hackett possesses very good knowledge and experience of business economy in this profession. Fluent in English and German he quickly became a competent contact for international business connections.

    He fulfills all duties designated to him, to our complete satisfaction and works well under pressure with full enthusiasm.

    Mr Hackett's attitude towards superiors, colleagues and guests is always exemplary and his reliable, helpful manner is fully appreciated.

    This interim report has been compiled at Mr Hackett's request due to a revised Senior Management structure. We look forward to this good working relationship continuing.
