Initially, as Systems Administrator, later following promotion to Systems-Administrator- Advanced, within the field of Rolls Royce/Aircraft, Germany, Mr. Hackett’s responsibilities also included the following:

• Installations-Management of programmes based on Windows, Solaris and Linux
• Operational 2nd Level Support in range of CAE (Computer Aided Engineering)
• Single Point of Contact for PS2000 (Documentation-Management System for technical Publication)
• Project-Management Roll-Out “multifunctional devices” (MFD) at RRD 
  (Rolls-Royce Deutschland). MFD entails cross-border functional device towards appropriate network configuration.

He constantly improved his professional knowledge, highly valued when put into practice; a conscientious working employee, able to plan new assignments systematically, with full responsibility and results of proficiency and quality.

Especially praiseworthy is his successful Certification for Sun Certified Network Administrator (SCNA) and Sun Certified System Administrator (SCSA).

Mr. Hackett carried out all tasks to our full satisfaction and was a valuable employee.

Due to his competent and obliging manner, he was highly appreciated by both his superiors and colleagues. His attitude towards our customers was impeccable and his understanding of customer problems with a commitment to find solutions he proved a demanded co-worker. We were highly satisfied with his social mannerism and conduct at all times.

Mr. Hackett transfers to EDS Netherlands on 31. July 2007. Thanking him for his professional competence, we very much regret to lose him as an employee and wish him good luck and continued success in his further career and personal life.
